PERISHABLE FOODS
It is defined as that commodity susceptible to deterioration in its physical, chemical and microbiological characteristics, as a result of the passage of time and the conditions of the environment, that is to say when it is exposed to extreme conditions of temperature, heat, humidity or pressure.
Among the perishable products are fruits, vegetables and vegetables, fresh and / or frozen meats, fish and shellfish, dairy products, fresh flowers and plants, newspapers and magazines, among others.

GENERAL CHARGE

LIVE ANIMALS
Live animals require special handling because they can not take a long time during departure, travel and arrival. The following must be taken into account:

- Sanitary zoo certificate for shipment.
- Veterinary examinations.
- Letter from the Zootechnist / Veterinarian who looks after the animals - health certificate.
- In the case of live dogs, a vaccination certificate of the animal is required and if it weighs more than 10 kg. It will be necessary to administer a sedative.
- Transshipment requirements, prohibitions or restrictions.
- Food provided for the animal.

FRAGILE LOAD
Transport of fragile products requires special handling, given its characteristics, the entire operation must be carried out with extreme care, including packaging, handling (loading and unloading) and transfer itself.
